Sunitinib capsules are a targeted oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) used to treat specific advanced cancers by blocking tumor growth and inhibiting new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis).
Indications
Sunitinib capsules are a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC), including adjuvant treatment for high-risk recurrence, imatinib-resistant/intolerant gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), and progressive, metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET).
